Policies for submission of student employment time sheets

Student employees:  Your regular deadline for submitting time sheets is Noon on Monday of pay week.  If you do not submit your time sheet by the deadline, you should not expect to be paid that week.  Your time sheet will remain pending until a subsequent payday after your supervisor approves the time sheet.  

A tip: Begin filling out your time sheet at the start of the pay period, so you will receive an email on Friday morning reminding you of the approaching deadline.  If you do not start the time sheet before Friday, you will not receive any reminders prior to the deadline.
