Colloquium Graduate Assistants help support the overall flow and experience of Colloquium by serving in a variety of event support roles throughout the weekend. Graduate assistants work approximately 5 hours per day during the 3-day event (with set-up the day before for those who may be able to arrive early) and work alongside faculty and staff to help things run smoothly. Responsibilities may include helping with registration and check-in, serving as a session host, assisting presenters, helping with meals and hospitality, answering participant questions, supporting set-up and break-down, and helping with general event needs as they arise. This role is a great opportunity for students who have already attended an in-person Colloquium, and are ready to help support another great event. |
