This student position supports the Academic Affairs Coordinator with a range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing a shared inbox, updating calendars, submitting facilities and marketing requests, organizing documents, answering phones, tracking forms, and assisting with occasional events. The role may also involve retrieving packages or items from storage. Training is provided, and hours can be scheduled flexibly.
Up to 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options between 8:00 AM –5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. |
